Booking Process
All Inquiries can be sent to booking@yptattoos.com. Responses are provided exclusively via email --- Instagram DMs will not receive a reply.

When submitting an inquiry please be as clear as possible. Include a brief description, rough size in cm/inch, placement, reference, and any additional information you feel is related to your idea.**
**Upon review of your inquiry additional information may be requested to help specify details.

If you are specifically open to a design that allows for entire creative freedom, please mention it in the inquiry.

Approved inquires will receive a response via e-mail.***
***Rejected inquiries may be recommended to another artist at the studio whose work is better suited for the project.

Please be aware that while a date may appear available when initially sent to you, it may become unavailable once claimed by another client. To avoid disappointment I encourage you to respond as soon as possible to secure your preferred date and time,

Flash designs can be booked via e-mail and are found on my Instagram @yptattoos in my highlight "Flash".
Please include a screenshot of the flash you wish to book and include a rough size and placement in the e-mail. Flash designs are not subject to any modifications. Deposit is required to secure flash.

Once your inquiry and appointment date have been confirmed, a deposit of $452.00 CAD (HST/GST included) will be required to secure your booking. For bookings requiring multiple sessions, the total deposit will be calculated based on the number of sessions scheduled.
Deposits are used to reserve your selected time slot and will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo on your last session (If applicable). Until a deposit is received, your appointment remains subject to change and may be offered to other clients, as the time slot is considered available.
By submitting a deposit, you agree to the provided session rate and acknowledge that any estimate is subject to change based on factors such as size, level of detail, placement, and other project-specific considerations.

Please note: If your project is not selected it may mean that I feel I am not the right artist for you, the project does not fit into my particular set of skills, or that other projects that closely reflect my work have been chosen. With all this being said do not hesitate to submit your inquiry as I am always open to new ideas. All I ask is that remain open minded during the creative process.
Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS LIKE?

Designs are typically shared 24 hours in advance or earlier, depending on my work flow and progress made while working on your design. The important thing to note is that you will have the opportunity to review the design before your session and request minor adjustments if needed. I use your initial inquiry as the foundation for my process, so clearly communicating the core idea and subject matter is essential to ensure the concept aligns with your expectation. If there are any specifics that are critical to your design, please let me know ahead of time.

Please also remember that this tattoo is ultimately for you. If you choose to share your design with others, keep in mind that regardless of outside opinions or creative perspective, this piece will live on your body for the rest of your life. It's most important that the design resonates with you, not anyone else.

Lastly, I appreciate your patience and respect while waiting for your design. I work on a reduced schedule to ensure each client receives dedicated one-on-one time and to maintain the highest level of quality for every project.

DO YOU ALLOW REVISIONS FOR THE DESIGN?
​​
Design revisions are allowed, though generally minor. I take a thorough approach during the inquiry process to help gauge expectations and ensure your concept aligns with your vision. For larger-scale designs, such as sleeves, slight modifications may be made during the appointment to accommodate the contours and movement of your body. I encourage you to trust the process, as the design choices are often made not only to help the tattoo age well but also complement the natural shape of your body.

ANY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PREPARATION PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
​
I always recommend coming well fed and hydrated. Your skin is the largest organ of your body and will reflect the care you take of yourself. For rougher patches of skin such as knees or elbows, I also suggest moisturizing during the week prior as this helps those areas be more susceptible to taking ink.
Otherwise feel free to bring snacks, entertainment, etc., anything to help you relax.

DO NOT COME TO THE APPOINTMENT HUNGOVER (I'm looking at you weekend people).

WHAT ABOUT RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT?
​
Appointments can only be rescheduled once, as long as you notify either the shop or myself at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that rescheduling is intended for unforeseen events that may interfere with the appointment. If you wish to reschedule a second time a new deposit will be required.

WHAT IS YOUR RATE?​
​
Day rate: $1695.00 CAD (Tax Included) 11am - 7/8pm
​
Hourly: $237.30 CAD (Tax Included)
​
Small tattoo: Minimum charge $452.00 CAD (Tax Included)
​
Estimate are based on size, level of detail, and placement on the body. If the placement or size is adjusted during the appointment, the price may be updated accordingly. The final cost will ultimately be determined by the time required to complete the piece. ​

ARE TOUCH UPS FREE?
​
Yes, they are complimentary as long as you schedule within 60 days of getting the tattoo. Touch ups outside of the 60 day period can still be arranged however you will be charged a set up fee of $226.00 CAD (Tax Included) Please include a photo of the healed tattoo when submitting a touch up request.
